Here the production team (at least) can discuss their concerns and learning. This will be helpful in creating a KB, well documented for future use.
However, due to rapid growth and shift in roles, almost everybody moves out of the PD, before they reach a level where they start sharing the knowledge.
Nevertheless, I find this platform a perfect area, where I can scribble on the wall for future gnawing.
Even with no body else, I still feel that I can contribute regularly, to lead this forum.
Hence, I keep running this.
