Store Data on server using Storyline

Yes!
Congratulations Prakash!
Truly I state this as earth shattering.
We can now store the data that we enter in the storyline. We used Flash and PHP. Find the details in the attached file.

Got another success to share!

Now we can exclude the FLASH part and use the storyline to call PHP directly via Javascript. It is useful in case of HTML5 and iPad content, where Flash is not compatible.

Javascript supports only the window redirection to call PHP (luckily atleast). Else there is no connectivity b/w Storyline and PHP.

Since AJAX uses Javascript and XML, I need to test it out some day. Till then, this is workable.

This time used $GET instead of $POST in PHP, and redirected the current window, and the data to PHP using Javascript.

Details are here: http://blog.kawstov.com/?p=419.
Cheers!
