100 Days of Learning

100 Days of Learning

Postby kawstov » Mon Jul 03, 2017 10:30 pm

It seems that over the time I have built my interest in many things. The unfortunate part is that although my beginning is promising in all of them, almost all of my interests are incomplete. There are too many things to complete, and the distractions outnumber the interests.

It would have been wise to shed a few interests for the longevity of the others. But life is too short to stick to the road that others follow. My whole life I have been interested in so many things. Why not pursue all of them?

I will try to take some topics 100 day wise, and break up in 10 day sprints.

For the first sprint, I will complete daily:
1. Gamification Book by Karl M Kapp - 1 Hour
2. Cinema4D MoGraph - 1 Hour
3. One theme cover on Guitar - 15 minutes

Fingers Crossed :? :geek: :geek:
Cheers!

Day 4:

Gamification:
Covered what I suppose to be a very important theories in Gamification:
Taxonomy of Intrinsic Motivation
Operant Conditioning (Took some time to get my head around it)
Self Determination Theory
and
Distributed Practice

Guitar:
E12-E14-E10-E12-B12-E10-B10-B12-B12-B11-B10-B8
(This piece took more than 1 hour to note down. Told you this was difficult.)
Now the fast piece is left.

Cinema4D:
Wont be able to complete the remaining part again. Per my knowledge, I see only the following topics relevant of learning:
Reflectance Channel
Creating Fade in and Fade Out effect using the effector. I will complete this by Saturday.

After that I will switch to unreal engine. Too much to learn there.
PS: I won't be able to continue tomorrow. Tyson needs to go to vet, and it will be late in the evening when we will be back.
Cheers!
